CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES

You’ve got options. We offer either a 45-minute or 30-minute workout. Each class has a combination of boxing on the bag and floor work.

The boxing portion consists of intense bag work designed to elevate your heart rate and burn calories. You’ll learn six key punches and use gel-cushioned wraps on a state-of-the-art water bag.

The floor work portion includes kettlebell and bodyweight exercises, as well as HIIT movements designed to build your strength and agility.

Every class is high-energy, nonstop action set to a hype playlist that engages body and mind so it’s fast and fun.

1. ARRIVE

Get ready to B A T T L E. We recommend getting here 15 minutes before class starts to check in and get your punching bag number/location. We have hand wraps, gloves, and water bottles available for purchase, if you need it. Got questions? Our team will be happy to answer them for you!

2. PREP

Wrap it up, amiright? We’ll teach you how to wrap your hands and strap your gloves, so you are ready to knock out the workout like fight night. Don’t forget to get ya some water before you step into class!

3. GEAR UP

Once you’re in the gym, your instructor will walk you through the equipment and movements. Whether it’s our impact-absorbing water bags or the 6 basic punches, we’ll make sure you’re in-the-know.

4. WORKOUT

After we warm up, the bass drops and the gloves go up. Our badass trainers are here to guide you, whether that’s finding the right modifications or
pushing you to new limits.
